Master Built Mechanical was founded by Bruce Labossiere in 1989. What began as a one-man operation soon evolved into a growing business as Bruce brought on additional team members to meet demand.

Over the years, the company experienced steady growth. By 2015, Master Built had expanded into a full-service operation with over 20 staff members, including a dedicated commercial estimator and office support team.

In 2015, the company officially split into two focused divisions: Residential and Commercial, each with its own team and crews.

When the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the industry landscape, Master Built Mechanical took a strategic step back to focus more closely on residential projects. By streamlining operations and adjusting to the new environment, the company maintained its commitment to quality and reliability through it all.

Today, Master Built Mechanical continues to grow – rooted in strong values and evolving to meet the needs of homeowners and businesses across Alberta.
